In the event that weather prohibits the scheduled photo session from taking place up to one hour before the scheduled time, client agrees to make every effort to reschedule with the photographer. A refund will only be issued if the photographer and client cannot find a mutually available date and time. No refund will be issued if client decides to leave the area before the day and time of a photo session that has already been scheduled.

Style and coloring of photos is entirely up to the photographer and client may not alter photos in any way. Photographer reserves the right to use photos for marketing. Client may request in writing for photos be kept private.

Number of photos in digital download varies by session. No specific number of photos is guaranteed for any photo session.

By law, photographer possesses full copyright of all photos. Photographer grants the client the right to use the photos from their photo session for personal use only.

Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the photographer from any loss, damage, or liability resulting from the client’s violation from the terms of this agreement or any agreement involving the client and photographer. Client shall indemnify and hold harmless photographer from and against any claim by any person or entity resulting from the photographer’s performance of service under this agreement.
